Lorven Flex and Sack India on Fast Track to Boost Exports

Lorven Flex and Sack India based in Hyderabad are eyeing a bigger international footprint in the export market. Sreedhar K, senior marketing manager of the company says huge expansions are planned in the production capacity of the company

Sreedhar also added, “At present exports constitute a very small proportion of our business. We are increasing our marketing efforts in order to grow in the overseas markets. The quality of our work gives us the confidence that we will succeed. We have participated in this expo mainly to meet potential overseas clients,” 

The company deals in all types of flexible packaging solutions with special focus on multi-layer films for milk pouches, 7-layer UHT films for milk pouches and well as multi-layer films for other dairy products such as ghee, lassi and butter milk, among others.

Lorven Flex and Sack India services some major brands in the Indian dairy industry, Lorven Flex and Sack India services brands such as Sudha Dairy, Vishaka Dairy, Srichakra, Saras, Dodla Dairy, Mahanand Annapurna Milk and Narmul, among many others.

From the present 12 000 tonnes annually to 15 000 tonnes annually, the company aims at increasing its converting capacity in the near future. Lorven Flex and Sack India works from three Hyderabad production facilities with three Raulimex rotographic presses and one Uteco Flexo CI press. Apart from these presses, the company also houses a modern finishing department. The firm also has a five and seven-layer film blown obstacle and a quality control laboratory.

Lorven Flex and Sack India is a subsidiary of the bigger Lorven Group. Apart from manufacturing printed flexible packaging solutions and barrier films, it also manufactures printed non-woven fabric, printed non-woven bags, printed and non-printed PP and HDPE woven sacks and BOPP woven sacks.
