September 1, 2025, India Abhishek Shrivastava has been named Managing Director – India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) by Lubrizol. Abhishek will be in charge of Lubrizol's continued expansion and dedication to the area in this crucial leadership position. This includes fostering local innovation, supporting customer impact, improving regional manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, and continuing to cultivate the company's exceptional talent.
Abhishek provides almost two decades of industry expertise in R&D, innovation, manufacturing technology, quality and technical positions, company transformation, and new business creation. Before this position, he was Vice President of Innovation and Decision Science at Lubrizol, where he oversaw the creation of digital innovation capabilities, sustainable product development, and innovation growth platforms.
The strategic significance of the IMEA area for Lubrizol's future is demonstrated by Abhishek's appointment. In his capacity as IMEA Managing Director, Abhishek will be in charge of pushing a local-for-local approach and empowering local teams as part of Lubrizol's regional growth plan. In order to find market-specific possibilities and improve communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders in India, the Middle East, and Africa, he will be collaborating closely with Lubrizol's global and regional leadership.
